During the autumn of 2025 and spring of 2026, I am dividing my time between the HT Faculty Office (as Recruitment Coordinator) and the Department of History (as HR Administrator).

As HR Administrator at the Department of History, I handle certain staff and recruitment administration tasks, and provide support on HR-related matters.

As Recruitment Coordinator at the HT Faculty Office, my responsibilities include:

• Coordinating processes for recruitment and promotion of academic staff through the Academic Appointments Board.
• Acting as secretary for the Committee for Educational Development and managing applications for the assessment of pedagogical qualifications.
• Supporting the departments in their recruitment of postdocs.
  

Until October 1, 2025, I am also involved in a university-wide project on broadened merit assessment in academic recruitment – HR Excellence in Research.
